Μοντελοποίηση προβλημάτων, Χρονικά εξαρτημένη συμπεριφορά: μεταβατική κατανομή, χρόνοι καταλήψεων, Ανάλυση 1ου βήματος, χρόνοι 1ης εισόδου και 1ης επανόδου, Ταξινόμηση καταστάσεων, επισκέψεις σε συγκεκριμένη κατάσταση, Αδιαχώρισιμότητα και διαχωρισιμότητα, επαναληπτικότητα, περιοδικότητα καταστάσεων. 	\|		\| A stochastic process is a collection of random variables which describe the behavior of a system that evolves randomly in time. In this course you will gain the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for the analysis of stochastic systems, i.e., systems that evolving over time under probabilistic laws. Stochastic modelling is an interesting and challenging area in applied probability that is widely used in physics, biology, engineering, as well as economics, finance, and social sciences. Our aim in this course is to provide an introduction in the basic notions of stochastic processes at an undergraduate level, with particular emphasis on the Markovian processes in discrete and in continuous time with discrete state spaces.
